Pastura is not responsible for delays, stock issues, or inaccuracies caused by suppliers, manufacturers, or carriers.

By placing an order through our website, you agree that:
- You are authorized to use the payment method you provide;
- The billing and shipping information you provide is accurate and complete;
- Our payment processors may perform fraud checks or verification as required;
- We may refuse, cancel, or refund an order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing error, or policy violations.
Payments are processed by secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. Pastura does not store full credit card numbers on its servers.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping, delivery times, and related conditions are governed by our Shipping Policy, available on this website. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Lebanon only: Pastura currently delivers within Lebanon only.
No Cash on Delivery (COD): Orders are prepared and dispatched only after payment is confirmed.
Pastura is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by carrier constraints, weather, road conditions, or local disruptions;
- Delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete customer-provided addresses;
- Packages reported as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which is available on this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed and agree to that policy.
8. User Accounts and Security
