International Shipping Policy
Last Updated: February 1, 2026
At Pastura Company LLC (“Pastura,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. This International Shipping Policy explains how we receive, prepare, dispatch, and deliver international orders through our U.S. receiving hub.
1. How International Shipping Works
- You place an order on Pastura.
- Your order is delivered to our U.S. receiving hub.
- We prepare and consolidate shipments.
- We dispatch consolidated international shipments every 10–15 days and deliver to your door.
2. Dispatch Cycle (Strict 10–15 Days)
Pastura dispatches consolidated international shipments once every 10–15 days from the date your order becomes Ready at Hub.
3. “Ready at Hub” Definition
Your order is marked Ready at Hub when all of the following are true:
- All packages for your order have arrived at our U.S. receiving hub,
- Your recipient details are complete and valid (full name, full address, and reachable phone number), and
- Any required packing steps (if needed) are completed.
If your order is not Ready at Hub (for example, due to missing packages or incomplete recipient details), it will be queued for the next dispatch after Ready at Hub status is reached.
4. Packaging, Repacking, and Split Shipments
To protect products and improve delivery success, Pastura may reinforce packaging, re-pack items, or split a shipment into multiple packages. If split shipments occur, each package may have its own tracking number.
5. Tracking
After your shipment is handed to the international carrier, you will receive tracking details by email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
6. Item Eligibility for International Delivery
Some products may require special packing, additional item information, or may be unavailable for international delivery to certain destinations due to their nature or carrier/import requirements.
If an item in your order cannot be shipped internationally to your destination, we will contact you before dispatch with available options, such as:
- Shipping the rest of your order,
- Replacing the item with an eligible alternative (where available), or
- Canceling the non-eligible item (per policy) before dispatch.
7. Duties, Taxes & Clearance Fees
- International shipments may be subject to VAT, import duties, clearance fees, and inspection charges.
- Unless explicitly stated otherwise, these fees are not included in your order total and are paid by the recipient.
- Policies vary by country; please contact your local customs office for details.
8. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing the order.
- Pastura is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses.
- Unclaimed packages or returned shipments may require additional reshipping, storage, or re-delivery fees.
9. Delays, Loss, or Damage
Delays: International transit times vary by destination and carrier. Pastura is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, severe weather, carrier disruptions, strikes, local service interruptions, or other factors beyond our control.
Lost or Missing Packages: If the carrier confirms delivery but the package is missing, contact us promptly. We will assist with a carrier investigation where possible. Outcomes depend on carrier confirmation, tracking details, and the accuracy of the shipping address provided.
Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours and include photos or videos of the damage along with your order number. We will review the case and offer a resolution as applicable.
